The Fiscal Year 2019 Law Enforcement Mental Health and Wellness Act (LEMHWA) program is a competitive solicitation. Proposals should be responsive to the topic selected, improve the delivery of and access to mental health and wellness services for law enforcement, and significantly advance peer mentoring mental health and wellness programs within law enforcement agencies across the country. Applicants must identify specific program goals that will be directly accomplished if awarded LEMHWA funding. Except where otherwise indicated, initiatives that primarily or solely benefit one or a limited number of law enforcement agencies or other entities will not be considered for funding.
