This bill would reauthorize the solid waste and hazardous waste trust funds for the next three years with a new sunset date of July 1, 2022. After July 1, 2020, the solid waste surcharge of $.75 per ton would drop to $.51 per ton, and the scrap tire fee would drop from $1.00 per tire sold to $.38 per tire sold.
