The Fiscal Year 2024 Community Policing Development (CPD) Microgrants Program provides funding to local, state, tribal, and territorial law enforcement agencies to implement demonstration or pilot projects that offer creative ideas to advance crime fighting, community engagement, problem solving, or organizational changes in support of community policing.

  • Underserved Populations
  • Building Trust and Legitimacy with the Community
  • Open Topic Area: Law enforcement agencies are invited to propose projects that offer highly innovative solutions to address complex, locally identified community issues. Proposed project objectives and findings should prove useful to other law enforcement agencies nationally facing similar challenges.

How to Apply

There is a two-step application process:

  1. Submit an SF-424 and an SF-LLL in Grants.gov. Deadline: Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 5pm ET
  2. Submit the full application including attachments in JustGrants. Deadline: Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 5pm ET

Match

There is no requirement for cost sharing or a local match for these awards.
