This bill would amend the required parties on a LOST distribution certificate. Similar to the current absent munciplaity provisions under LOST, this bill would allow any jurisdictions not required to reach 50 percent of the county population, to be left absent from the LOST certificate The absent jurisdiction, city or county, would be guaranteed a minimum distribution of LOST revenue equal to the proportion their population bears to the total population. For counties, the unincorporated population would be considered the county population.
