This bill provides for a pilot program to determine the efficacy of enforcement of traffic laws relating to excessive noises levels from motor vehicles. Noise levels are detected by microphones and cameras capable of detecting decibel levels of sound emitted from passing motor vehicles and producing recorded images of the vehicle. This pilot program will be a minimum of three months and not to exceed six months.
