In 2022, PBK partnered with Manley Spangler Smith Architects to form MSSA-PBK in Georgia. With a history dating back to 1949, MSSA-PBK celebrates 75 years of providing design excellence, project-specific custom design solutions, and client-oriented service to clients across Georgia. Today, MSSA-PBK has the resources and capabilities to provide clients with the expertise of a large, national firm, delivered with the intimacy of a smaller, local firm. MSSA-PBK provides professional services in Architecture, Engineering, Interiors, Planning, Technology, and Facility Consulting. Having been deeply rooted in Georgia for the last seven decades, MSSA-PBK has a wealth of experience with local requirements and regulations. The Griffin office’s location in central Georgia just south of Atlanta provides ideal placement to offer architectural services throughout the state. Two-thirds of the staff in the Griffin office have been with the firm for more than 20 years, giving clients a tried-and-true design team and well-thought-out, proven designs. Located in the thriving E-Center at Sugar Hill, MSSA-PBK’s growing Sugar Hill branch also operates as a comprehensive architecture office. Opened in 2019 and situated just north of Atlanta, this office is strategically located to support MSSA-PBK’s expanding metro Atlanta and north Georgia client base.
